What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our service department — ensuring every customer receives top-tier care and every technician’s time is maximized. You’ll:

• Manage service orders and drive lane flow


• Deliver concierge-level customer service


• Coordinate technician workloads and parts ordering


• Maintain high CSI scores and warranty compliance


• Foster strong relationships with customers, teammates, and manufacturers
