Job Description - Service Advisor

Provide great customer service Direct advocate for the dealership communication with customers

Responsibilities

Scheduling, answering phones, preparing estimates, contacting customers and warranty companies, selling services and repairs, updating customers with statuses and communicating

Qualifications

Great communicator, team player and team leader, organized, capable of multitasking, great customer service and willing to grow.
