Evening Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000

The following skills are needed to perform the duties of a Service Advisor:

• Assist customers with their repair service needs by reporting vehicle issues and recommending needed repairs


• Ability to create estimates


• Assigns repair orders (RO) to the trained technician who can complete the necessary repairs


• Answers customer questions regarding their vehicle and handle any issues that arise in a timely manner


• Ability to follow service department process and procedures

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates good communication and customer skills


• Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace


• Demonstrates time management skills to keep up in a fast-paced environment


• Previous service advisor or service/automotive technician experience (4-5 years) required!


• CDK experience preferred but not required


• Must pass a drug test, physical & background check
