Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service


• Advising customers on recommended services and repairs


• Estimating costs and processing payments


• Tracking service orders and communicating updates to customers

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills


• Knowledge of automotive service processes


• Ability to multitask and prioritize


• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
