Responsibilities

• Assess customer inquiries and recommend appropriate services


• Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service completion


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and service

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive service or customer relations


• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and service procedures is a plus
