Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish:

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs.


• Build strong relationships by addressing concerns and providing expert guidance.


• Oversee quality control to ensure service excellence.


• Communicate updates to customers regarding vehicle status.


• Promote additional services and retail opportunities.


• Coordinate with technicians for timely and accurate service completion.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.


• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.


• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.


• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.


• Proficiency with computers and multitasking in a dynamic environment.


• A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
