Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
* Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
* Explain recommended services and repairs in a clear and professional manner.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
* Keep customers updated on repair progress and costs.
* Process service orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer service role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to explain technical information to customers in an easy-to-understand way.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus.
* Proficiency with automotive service software.
* A valid driver's license.
