Fury GMC Forest Lake (formerly Whitaker Buick GMC) is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a key part of our dealership’s success, you’ll help customers maintain and protect their investment by delivering honest advice, accurate estimates, and exceptional service—every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Greet customers and assist with service inquiries

  
  


• 
  

  Document and translate vehicle concerns into actionable service work

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history

  
  


• 
  

  Provide clear, accurate estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process

  
  


• 
  

  Verify that final repairs align with service orders and review all charges with the customer

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure an exceptional customer experience that earns trust and loyalty

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Ford, GM, or dealership experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  High attention to detail and commitment to professionalism
