Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and act as their primary point of contact throughout the service process.
- Write accurate and detailed repair orders, documenting customer concerns and vehicle information.
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding vehicle issues to ensure accurate diagnosis and repairs.
- Provide timely updates and recommendations to customers, explaining service needs in an easy-to-understand way.
- Upsell additional services and preventative maintenance when appropriate to ensure customer safety and vehicle longevity.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage service drive workflow efficiently.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered back to customers on time, clean, and ready to go.
- Deliver a premium, professional experience that reflects the Lou Fusz commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Prior automotive service advisor experience preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge helpful, but not required—we will provide training.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management software.
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening, background check and insurability check.
