Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive and act as their primary point of contact throughout the service process.


• Write accurate and detailed repair orders, documenting customer concerns and vehicle information.


• Communicate clearly with technicians regarding vehicle issues to ensure accurate diagnosis and repairs.


• Provide timely updates and recommendations to customers, explaining service needs in an easy-to-understand way.


• Upsell additional services and preventative maintenance when appropriate to ensure customer safety and vehicle longevity.


• Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage service drive workflow efficiently.


• Ensure vehicles are delivered back to customers on time, clean, and ready to go.


• Deliver a premium, professional experience that reflects the Lou Fusz commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service advisor experience preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.


• Basic automotive knowledge helpful, but not required—we will provide training.


• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management software.


• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.


• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.


• Must be willing to submit to drug screening, background check and insurability check.
