McGrath Acura of Libertyville is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians—ensuring every guest receives a premium experience that reflects our commitment to quality and care.

What You’ll Do:

  Greet customers promptly and professionally in a friendly, welcoming manner.

  Listen to customer concerns, accurately document service requests, and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide detailed cost estimates and explain work performed in a way customers can easily understand.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status.

  
  


• 
  

  Promote dealership service offerings, warranties, and maintenance programs.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process and after the work is completed.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Prior automotive service advisor experience preferred, but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of automotive technology is a plus.

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
