Service Advisor

In Shop Express Service Advisor

This is a unique role. You will be the second point of contact with our customers. This role is in the shop communicating direct with technicians regarding needs of our guests cars.  Our team of professionals are strong problem solvers and enjoy helping others.. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

$42-$70/year (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities

• Communicate to guests the items technicians are recommending and be able to answer questions regarding those


• Add information to the repair order based upon guest interaction


• Communicate back to the technician


• Bill parts to the repair order


• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.


• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled

• Organized and friendly personality

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.


• Clean driving record
