Position: Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. Your role will focus on providing an outstanding customer experience, ensuring accurate communication, and delivering trusted automotive service recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care


• Write repair orders and explain service recommendations clearly


• Coordinate vehicle service and communicate updates to customers


• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in our dealer system


• Support dealership goals for customer satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required – we’ll train the right candidate)


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Team player mindset
