Service Advisor

Patrick Dealer Group is hiring a full-time Service Advisor for our Volvo store in Schaumburg.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high CSI scores


• Communicate clearly between customers and technicians


• Prepare repair orders, verify warranties, and recommend services


• Manage drive lane flow and ensure prompt, courteous service


• Support customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience


• Help maximize technician productivity and record data accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills


• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Previous service advisor experience preferred


• Clean driving record


• Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screening
