Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced dealership Service Advisor to join our Service Department. If you do not have prior dealership Service Advisor experience, please do not apply. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively between customers and our service technicians.


What You’ll Do:




  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally.




  • Write repair orders accurately, describing customer concerns and service requests.




  • Communicate clearly with technicians and ensure proper dispatch of work.




  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended maintenance and repairs.




  • Maintain high CSI scores and build long-term customer relationships.




  • Meet department sales and service goals.




  • Ensure all Hyundai factory processes, warranty claims, and dealership policies are followed.




Qualifications:




  • Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is REQUIRED.




  • Hyundai/Kia brand experience preferred, but not required.




  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.




  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.




  • Knowledge of CDK, Reynolds, or similar DMS is a plus.




  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
