What You’ll Do

  Greet and assist service guests, building relationships through transparency and communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and recommended repairs.

  
  


• 
  

  Review multi-point inspections, prioritize repair options, and educate customers on next steps.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate workflow with technicians, parts, and warranty administrators.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate updates, secure approvals, and review invoices at delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend maintenance and repair services aligned with OEM guidelines and customer safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Meet performance goals for CSI, HPRO, and ELR while maintaining ethical and transparent practices.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred (1–3+ years).

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK, Dealertrack, or Reynolds).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills with a professional, customer-first mindset.

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive knowledge and ability to translate technical information clearly.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

  Compensation: $48,000 – $180,000 annually (hourly + commission or draw/commission structure based on performance and experience).
