  Up sell additional products or services that benefit vehicle safety, performance, or longevity.

  Meet or exceed service sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.

  Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the DMS.

  Follow all manufacturer and dealership policies regarding warranty claims and documentation.
