Pay Range: $40,000–$75,000/year (competitive base + performance rewards)

Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
Gather vehicle information and listen carefully to customer concerns.
Recommend maintenance & repairs based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor.
Keep customers informed with timely updates throughout the repair process.
Ensure repair orders and invoices are accurate and transparent.
Explain completed work and charges clearly to customers.
A people-first mindset with honesty and transparency.
Energy, positivty, and a customer service–driven attitude.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A team player who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service or auto industry experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
Valid driver’s license required.
