Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their service needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Write up repair orders and explain recommended maintenance or repairs
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure all services are properly documented
- Present service estimates, gain approvals, and coordinate vehicle delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
- CDK experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
