Main Shop Service Advisor

Compensation:

$60,000–$80,000 per year (hourly + commission, based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (one late night—Monday or Wednesday until 6 PM)
No Weekends!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly and write up repair orders


• Communicate clearly in person and over the phone


• Schedule service appointments and coordinate alternate transportation


• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to document concerns for technician diagnosis


• Review recommended services and document any declined repairs for future follow-up


• Keep customers informed about repair status, completion times, and costs


• Process payments and cashier transactions


• Collaborate closely with technicians and fellow advisors


• Ensure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Friendly, professional, and highly organized demeanor


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment


• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing skills)


• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation


• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Must have valid driver’s license and insurable driving record and pass pre-employment drug screen.
