Our Service Advisors are the link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring every vehicle is cared for and every customer feels supported. What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and listen to their concerns with care and professionalism


• Document customer and vehicle information accurately


• Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms and service needs between customers and technicians


• Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle history, mileage, and age


• Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor


• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the day


• Review completed work and explain charges in a way that’s clear and customer-friendly


• Build long-term relationships through trust, reliability, and outstanding service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive service


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment


• Interest in building a long-term career with opportunities for growth


• Automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience is a plus, but not required — training provided for the right candidate
