Service Advisor

Rowe Ford Sales is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Westbrook, ME. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our service department, ensuring exceptional service experiences while efficiently managing vehicle service appointments and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming environment.


• Listen carefully to customers’ vehicle concerns and needs.


• Schedule service appointments and advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs.


• Communicate with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.


• Prepare and explain work orders, service estimates, and invoices.


• Follow up with customers on completed services and address any concerns satisfactorily.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service histories.


• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance is a plus.


• Proficiency with computer software and service management systems.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications are beneficial.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
