Service Advisor

There's plenty of room to grow at I-5 Cars!  I-Cars is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Main Shop Service Advisor who is passionate about customer satisfaction and committed to delivering exceptional service. This individual will play a key leadership role in motivating, managing, and supporting our Service Technicians. The Service Advisor will efficiently coordinate, schedule, and oversee technicians’ work while ensuring accuracy and consistency in the work-order process.

In this role, you will also serve as the primary point of communication for customers—providing clear quotes, updates on job status, and scheduling information to ensure a smooth and positive service experience.
