Service Advisor

Paretti Mazda is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor who is passionate about providing exceptional experiences for our clients. In this role, you will be the face of our service department, ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of care and communication from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide expert advice regarding vehicle service needs. 


• Schedule and coordinate service appointments while ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers. 


• Provide accurate time and cost estimates for service and repairs. 


• Collaborate with technicians and service team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. 


• Review vehicle repair orders and ensure completion to the highest standards. 


• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and services performed. 


• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally. 


• Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and safety protocols. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Strong communication and customer service skills. 


• High school diploma or equivalent. 


• Valid driver's license. 


• Clean driving record, with no DUIs or reckless driving tickets in the past three years. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

• Strong organizational abilities and a customer-first mindset. 


• Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or related role. 


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 


• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. 


• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services.
