What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face and trusted advisor our customers rely on when they bring in their vehicles for service.


• Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle’s needs and keep them informed throughout the repair process.


• Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the correct parts are sourced and delivered to the technician quickly, maintaining fast and efficient service.


• Schedule appointments for customers once parts arrive, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.


• Work closely with our amazing team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.


• Manage multiple customer needs while maintaining high levels of organization and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License: Required to ensure you can move vehicles when needed.


• Ability to Multi-Task and Stay Organized: You’ll be juggling customer interactions, technician needs, and parts coordination—so staying organized is key!


• Phone Etiquette: Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone, are a must.


• Good with Computers: You’ll be using various software systems to manage appointments, parts orders, and communication with customers.


• Fast Learner & Quick Thinker: You’ll need to be able to adapt quickly and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.


• Reliable Attendance: Being dependable is important to us—showing up and being present ensures smooth operations.
