The Role
Join our Volvo Service Center as a Service Advisor and help our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly. You’ll support our existing service team by managing service flow, providing concierge-level customer care, and ensuring a top-notch experience for every client.

  Experience in automotive service or customer service preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage service orders and Drive Lane flow

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver concierge-level customer support in person and by phone

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure technicians’ time is effectively scheduled and sold

  
  


• 
  

  Answer questions about vehicles, warranties, and services

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee warranty claims, parts ordering, and technician workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with management on hiring, training, and service department decisions
