The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to schedule appointments, and the capacity to act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!


• Listen to customers and translate repair needs clearly to technicians.


• Upsell additional services using a low-pressure, high-integrity approach.


• Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates.


• Understand how to order parts effectively.


• Understand how to use the program Tekmetric.


• Adhere to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.


• Follow up on every repair, keeping customers informed of progress.


• Sell and manage extended warranties.


• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete.


• Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pick-up.


• Review and explain repairs and associated costs to customers.


• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints efficiently.


• Keep the Service Manager informed of all problems and potential issues.


• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with dealership standards.
