Mountaineer Honda is looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team with great earning potential! This role is the first point of contact for our service customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience. No prior experience is necessary — we will train you.

Responsibilities:

  Oversee the daily operation of the Express Lane

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent customer service and care

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule service appointments

  
  


• 
  

  Advise customers on the care of their vehicle

  
  


• 
  

  Document customer vehicle needs and concerns

  
  


• 
  

  Obtain customer history and vehicle data

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work Saturdays

  
  


• 
  

  Mechanical skills and general automotive understanding

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills
