RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Prepare detailed repair orders reflecting customer concerns and assign repairs to technicians

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, both now and in the future

  • Consult with technicians regarding necessary repairs and make the best informed recommendations to our customers

  • Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping our customers informed throughout the repair process

  • Recommend additional services as needed

  • Set and manage the expectations for our active delivery

  • Ensure that the final invoice accurately reflects commitments made to our customers  

  • Perform other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:




  • At least 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience 

  • Must have a proven record of achieving exceptional CSI scores

  • Must have the ability to assist other teammates and work with other departments

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing

  • Must exhibit personal and professional integrity

  • Must have a desire for a long-term career within a growing organization

  • AutoMate experience preferred, but not required
