Service Advisor

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact between our customers and service team. You’ll greet customers, document vehicle concerns, communicate technician recommendations, and ensure a smooth, transparent service experience from start to finish.

Second Shift:

2:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday through Friday)

8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Every third Saturday)

Salaried Position plus commission

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and open repair orders


• Communicate technician recommendations


• Present estimates and get service approvals


• Keep customers updated on vehicle status


• Coordinate drop-off and pickup


• Close out service tickets and review work performed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a dealership or service role


• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Experience with DMS software (a plus)


• Valid driver’s license

Work Details

• On-site, fast-paced environment


• Frequent walking and standing


• Light lifting (up to 25 lbs)


• Occasional exposure to noise or outdoor conditions
