We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the main point of contact between our service department and customers, helping schedule appointments, communicate vehicle needs, and ensure an excellent service experience from start to finish.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service calendar
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status
- Handle phone calls, texts, and emails in a professional manner
- Process repair orders and payments
- Maintain organized and accurate service records
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, software, and digital communication tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Previous automotive or service advisor experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license
