Description of the role:
The Automotive Service Advisor at Elko Motor Company is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and overseeing automotive repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere

• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services


• Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of services


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues


• Keep detailed records of services provided and maintain customer database


• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or related field


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repairs


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


• Proficient in computer systems and software applications
