As a Service Advisor you will:

• Greet customers and guide them through their service experience with professionalism and care. 


• Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order.


• Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications.


• Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts.


• Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle status.


• Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and post visit follow-up. 


• Build lasting relationships and ensure every customer leaves with a smile!

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 


• A passion for helping people. 


• Experience in automotive customer service industry (preferred). 


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 


• A team player with a go-getter attitude.
