Starling Ford - Titusville is seeking a dedicated EXPERIENCED Service Advisor to join our team in Titusville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Responsibilities

• Review vehicle inspections and estimates, and recommend appropriate maintenance services to ensure optimal vehicle performance for our valued customers.


• Respond promptly to phone inquiries and schedule customer appointments efficiently.


• Greet customers warmly and courteously upon arrival.


• Collect and verify accurate customer and vehicle information.


• Accurately document all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.


• Assess and recommend necessary maintenance based on the vehicle’s age, mileage, and service history.


• Prepare detailed and precise cost estimates for labor and parts.


• Monitor the progress of each vehicle repair throughout the day, providing timely updates to customers.


• Ensure the final invoice accurately reflects the work completed as documented on the repair order.


• Clearly explain completed work and associated charges to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.


• Conduct follow-up communications after repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining the company’s values, quality standards, and integrity.


• Prior experience with FORD vehicles is preferred.


• Offer an excellent pay plan with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

Candidates should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment. Experience in automotive service advising, particularly with FORD or LINCOLN vehicles, is highly desirable.
