Service Advisor

Join our team at Jack Madden Ford Sales Inc as a Service Advisor in Norwood, MA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient communication to facilitate vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs and concerns.


• Provide accurate estimates for service and repair costs.


• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow in the service department.


• Communicate effectively with technicians, parts department, and customers regarding vehicle status and repairs.


• Maintain detailed and accurate records of service orders and customer interactions.


• Promote additional services or repairs as needed and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.


• Proficient in using computer systems and service management software.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Valid driver’s license.
