What You’ll Do:

• 
  

  Oversee the daily operations of the service drive to ensure efficient, high-quality customer interactions

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver an exceptional customer experience, going above and beyond to leave a lasting positive impression

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as the primary point of contact for all owner inquiries — in person or over the phone

  
  


• 
  

  Maximize technician productivity by efficiently distributing work

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the consistent sale of technician time to meet service goals

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly and proactively with both customers and team members
