What You’ll Do:

  Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience

  Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair recommendations

  Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle flow

  
  


• 
  

  Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Help deliver a concierge-level customer experience from start to finish

  
  


• 
  

  Build long-term relationships with customers through trust and communication

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and team-first mentality

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Automate, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or dealership software experience is a plus

  
  


•
