As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping ensure an exceptional ownership experience while maximizing service department performance.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and promptly assist with their service needs


• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests


• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs


• Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle repairs


• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process


• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations


• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery


• Build long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention


• Meet and exceed performance goals for sales, CSI, and productivity

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Ability to build trust and create exceptional customer experiences


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record


• CDK experience is a plus
