Clinton Township is seeking an experienced automotive service advisor to join our winning team due to increased business. Moran is a top volume dealer group and has a large clientele. If you are a proven performer we should talk.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers, schedule and manage repair appointments for customers


• Process repair orders  and accurately document customer's concerns


• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide accurate repair cost estimates


• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service


• Keep customers updated on repair progress and advise on additional recommended work


• Explain completed repairs, review costs, and suggest future maintenance


• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor


• Understanding of automotive repair and service processes


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Honest, dependable, and reliable team player
