Our dealership is looking to hire a Full-Time Service Advisor for a mid-size dealership in a fast-growing area.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

• Be the Voice: Listen to customer concerns, translate technical needs into clear, understandable terms, and provide honest, accurate estimates. 


• Master the Schedule: Efficiently manage service appointments, keeping both customers and technicians on track. 


• Become a Problem Solver: Work closely with the service team to find and order the right parts, ensuring quality and efficiency. 


• Cultivate Relationships: Follow up with customers, ensure their satisfaction, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
