What You'll Do

• Greet customers and get them checked in quickly and efficiently for Express Maintenance services


• Write up service orders accurately, explaining recommended maintenance in clear, honest terms


• Communicate with technicians to keep jobs moving and customers informed


• Build relationships that keep customers coming back


• Help keep the Express Maintenance lane running smoothly and on time

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in a service writer, advisor, or automotive customer service role preferred


• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude


• Someone organized, dependable, and ready to grow with us


• A positive team player — attitude matters as much as experience
