What You'll Do:

As the face of our service department, you will orchestrate a seamless customer journey by:

• Managing the Drive Lane: Overseeing service orders and workflow to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service.


• Delivering Concierge Support: Handling all in-person and phone inquiries with professionalism and care.


• Optimizing Efficiency: Distributing work effectively among technicians to maximize daily shop productivity.


• Consulting & Communicating: Explaining mechanical diagnoses, warranties, services, and repairs clearly to customers.


• Driving Quality: Maintaining customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.


• Streamlining Operations: Assisting with vehicle diagnostics, ordering parts, and overseeing warranty claims.


• Collaborating on Leadership: Partnering with upper management on team development within the service department.
