What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the repair process


• Communicate vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally


• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs


• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and repair timelines


• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers


• Help deliver an outstanding ownership experience

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Automotive service advising experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Positive attitude and team-first mentality


• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
