House Ford/CDJR is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Fixed Operations team!

What You’ll Do:

  Greet customers and provide a welcoming service experience

  Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines

  
  


• 
  

  Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with technicians and parts personnel

  
  


• 
  

  Build long-term relationships with our customers and guests

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up to ensure a 5-star experience

  Help keep our service department organized, efficient, and productive
