NOW HIRING: SERVICE ADVISOR

Razzari Auto Centers is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!

If you’re great with people, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and service technicians, helping ensure every customer receives an excellent service experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers and assist with their service needs
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
• Provide estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
• Review completed work and invoices with customers
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service
• Follow up with customers to help ensure their satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive knowledge is preferred
• Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
