Service Advisor

Courtesy Chevrolet Tucson is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dealership team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.


• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders.


• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.


• Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers.


• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.


• Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle status.


• Review completed repairs and explain services performed at vehicle pick-up.


• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.


• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.


• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• Professional appearance and demeanor.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus.
