What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the connection between our customers and our technicians.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting customers and checking vehicles in
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Reviewing technician-built repair estimates and ensuring they are complete and accurately priced
• Ordering and receiving parts
• Checking customers out after repairs
• Working with our technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Building long-term relationships with customers through honesty, communication, and outstanding service

$60,000–$100,000+ per year

This position is 100% performance-based commission.

Your income is determined by your performance—not seniority.
