We're looking for a proven Service Advisor who knows how to deliver exceptional customer service, drive service department revenue, and get results!

Beckley Chevrolet is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Fixed Operations team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced professional who understands dealership service operations, knows how to build customer relationships, and has a proven track record of producing strong sales and customer satisfaction results.

What We're Looking For

  Prior automotive dealership Service Advisor experience REQUIRED.

  Proven ability to sell maintenance, repairs, and recommended services.

  Strong understanding of automotive service operations and repair processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage a high-volume service drive efficiently.

  Experience presenting repair estimates, handling objections, and closing service sales.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong follow-up skills and a commitment to customer retention.

  GM/Chevrolet dealership experience preferred.

  Perform thorough vehicle walkarounds and identify service opportunities.

  Present and sell manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs.

  Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.

  Maximize hours per repair order, effective labor rate, and customer-pay sales while maintaining customer trust.

  Ensure accurate repair orders, estimates, and timely customer updates.

  Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
