Service Advisor 4p-12a

Kenly 95 Petro is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced TA Service Center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with technicians, and keeping operations running smoothly—while delivering top-tier customer service.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the key link between customers and our diesel technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a positive service experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers professionally and assess their service needs
  
• Listen carefully to concerns and accurately write repair orders
  
• Communicate with technicians to coordinate repairs and timelines
  
• Provide clear updates to customers regarding repair status, timelines, and costs
  
• Recommend additional services when appropriate, based on vehicle needs
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation
  
• Support shop workflow to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service that builds trust and repeat business

• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume service environment
  
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
  
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively
  
• Comfortable using computers and service management systems
  
• Previous service writer, automotive, diesel, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
