What You’ll Do:

  • Listen to customers’ concerns and provide guidance and knowledge by recommending services confidently and clearly; keep them informed throughout the service process and follow up post-service.
  • Manage appointments and ensure the service process is stress-free
  • Collaborate across teams by communicating with technicians and fellow advisors to ensure accurate timelines, cost estimates and service updates
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and integrity
  • Offer logical diagnostics, maintenance packages and promotional specials and always conduct business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer while making a genuine effort to achieve all sales goals for maintenance services.
  • Help the team meet monthly goals while always putting customer satisfaction first

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Automotive maintenance and repairs preferred
  • Experience with DMS systems and service scheduling tools a plus
  • Prior experience in automotive service or retail sales preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor—representing the Milton Martin Toyota brand with pride
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
