Buckeye Toyota is now hiring a Service Advisor Assistant/Porter role to support our dealership in Lancaster!

Responsibilities:

• Park and retrieve vehicles


• Safely driving the shuttle vehicle to customers as needed


• Help maintain cleanliness of service department


• Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers


• Assist service staff/ Manager with various tasks as needed


• Help take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out additional assignments that


• Meet and greet customers upon arrival for check in

Requirements:

• Organized and friendly personality


• Ability to drive manual vehicles


• Time management skills


• Clean driving record


• Basic computer skills


• Customer service skills


• Ability to stand for long periods of time


• Knowledge of automotive industry preferred but not required


• Phone skills and ability to schedule appointments

• Ability to write up repair order and deliver back to customer within 3 months
